Traits

Traits refer to modifiers that apply to individual characters. By themselves, they provide an adjustment on the stat.

Attribute traits: per month (m)[edit]

For each attribute trait:

  • There is an event (MTTH of 3600 months) that adds a trait. These events become rarer if the character receives more traits. (MTTH factor *1.1 with 1 trait, *1.2 with 2 traits, *1.3 with a third, and *1.4 with a fourth.)
  • There is an event (MTTH of 36000 months) that removes a trait. These events become more common for each additioanl trait beyond the first (MTTH factor of *0.9 for each additional trait)
  • There are two events (MTTH of 7200 months) that give a minor bonus or penalty. Slightly more rare if there are additional traits (MTTH factor *1.1 for each trait up to four.)

Shipwright: Steals cargo
Magiscrate: Causes stealing from treasury and questionable methods.
Monarchy (ruler): Prevents pretender to the throne, and new monument events

  • Blunt: Diplomacy -10%. Opposite of Silver tongued
  • Cautious: Intrigue +5% / Diplomacy +5%. Opposite of Reckless
  • Chaste: Fertility -20%. Opposite of Lustful
  • Cold : Charisma -1. Opposite of Loving
  • Content: Loyalty +20%(m). Opposite of Ambitious

  • Disciplined: Wedge battle event.
  • Loyal cohorts: Unit trait. (May be posted with army category)
  • Steadfast: Hold ground battle event.
  • Tactician: Envelope battle event
